Scarabs are medium-sized, stationary very dangerous enemies. They have 3 stages, very hazardous in 2 of them and invulnerable in the other one.

Behaviour
Spawning
The Scarab comes in from the top center of the screen and stops at a considerable height above the dome.
Attack
Stage 1
The Scarab performs an attack called "big shoot" that spawns 4 projectiles. It performs it roughly every 2.6 seconds(≈25dps).
Stage 2
After HP reaches 50% or lower, the Scarab becomes invulnerable for 5 to 7 seconds. It takes no damage while in this stage. After the invulnerability time finishes, the Scarab returns to Stage 1.
Stage 3
After HP gets to 25% or lower, the Scarabs' arms "fall off" and go to the ground. They transform into 2 normal Muckers. The Scarab switches to its "quick shoot" attack, shooting a projectile on frames 3, 6 and 9 of the animation. This results in 50dps without counting the time it takes the projectiles to get to the dome.
